Hope City is a community learning to follow Jesus together and bring His hope to Tulare and beyond.
Our story
We exist to help people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and live out their God-given purpose.
Through authentic worship, faithful teaching of God’s Word, genuine community, and intentional outreach, we equip people to love God wholeheartedly, love others as Christ loves us, and join His work of making disciples.
Our vision is simple: to be a community transformed by the Gospel— loving God, loving people, and making disciples.

We pursue authentic worship and obedient living shaped by His Word, growing in our understanding and devotion to God each day. Through Scripture and prayer, we seek a deeper connection with God, allowing His truth to transform our hearts and minds in practical ways.
Matthew 22:37We share the grace and compassion of Jesus through genuine community, building meaningful relationships as we walk alongside one another in life’s joys and challenges. In doing so, we aim to cultivate an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and encouraged to grow in love and unity.
Matthew 22:39We believe the church exists to actively fulfill God’s purpose by living on mission in our neighborhoods, communities, and throughout the world. God has uniquely equipped each of us with specific gifts, talents, and abilities to serve and reach others. Together, we passionately pursue the Great Commission, sharing the hope of Jesus, making disciples, and transforming lives for His glory. We invite you to join us on this mission.
